Our team

Regina Orozco Soria

Founding Partner

Founding partner of the firm, she co-directs the areas of Corporate, Compliance, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance), Life & Science, Personal Data Protection, and Consumer Protection.

She has a solid academic background, graduating from the law school of the Universidad Panamericana campus CDMX, with a specialization in International Tax Law from NYU, postgraduate studies in Health Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho and in Due Diligence from the Facultad Central de Derecho, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Universidad Panamericana. She is currently enrolled in the Tec Beyond executive innovation program.

Her experience includes eight years at a leading Mexican firm with an international presence, where she advised renowned companies on regulatory matters, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and relations with authorities. This was combined with two years as Director of Regulatory & Compliance at 99 Minutos, leading corporate governance, data protection, ESG, and risk management strategies across Latin America.

Throughout her career, she has participated in several important cases in the healthcare, auto parts, transportation and logistics, food and beverage, entertainment, agribusiness, and SaaS sectors.

She is an active member of chambers and associations such as CANIFARMA, CAMEXA, AMMPAC, and COPARMEX. She also serves as a legal advisor to media outlets and industrial clusters (automotive and Life&Science).

Founding partner of the firm, where she co-directs the areas of Constitutional Law, Amparo, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Family Law, and Mediation.

She holds a law degree from the Universidad Panamericana, where she graduated in 2017, passing her professional exam on July 13, 2018, with a thesis entitled «The exercise of the right to resistance in light of the 2013 energy reform,» obtaining Special Mention. She subsequently completed a Diploma in Mediation at the Escuela Libre de Derecho and was certified as Private Mediator No. 65O by the Alternative Justice Center of the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City.

She has a specialization and master’s degree in constitutional law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), as well as a specialization and master’s degree in negotiation and mediation from the Mexican Institute of Mediation, where she is currently pursuing a doctorate in negotiation and mediation.

She is co-author of the book «Mediation,» published by Editorial Porrúa México in 2021. Since 2018, she has been an adjunct professor at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, teaching General Theory of Procedure and Civil and Commercial Procedural Law, and a tenured professor of Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Universidad Panamericana ( ). She has participated as a speaker in various academic and professional forums, including ICC Mexico and the Universidad Panamericana.
