This Notice establishes the terms and conditions under which the personal data of individuals who visit our website (each, a «Data Subject») will be obtained, stored, used, disclosed, and, where applicable, transferred (the «Processing») of individuals who visit our website (each of them, a «Data Subject»), which are provided to PMO, as well as those that have been generated and continue to be generated by virtue of the use of the PMO website.
The personal data that is, or may be, subject to Processing by PMO belongs to the following categories: (i) Identification; and (ii) Location.
The processing of personal data in accordance with this Notice will be carried out for any of the following purposes: (i) to send quotes and descriptions of our services; (ii) to answer questions you may have; (iii) to provide information about conferences, seminars, meetings, celebrations, workshops, panels, and other events of a similar nature (the «Events»); (iv) sharing commemorative photographs and videos; (v) sharing news and information about important legal reforms or events; and (vi) managing the use and operation of our website.
Images taken of people attending Events, as well as those shared by those who join our social networks, may be used by PMO for the purpose of documenting the activities that take place at Events. This use by PMO includes the printing, reproduction, distribution, and publication of images in print, electronic, or optical media or any other technology in any type of newsletter, yearbook, or publication, as well as in all their manifestations, interpretations, or performances, their editions, their phonograms or videograms, and in their broadcasts, and it will do so solely for informational and journalistic purposes in accordance with Article 87 of the Federal Copyright Law.
When your image is to be used for advertising purposes, you will always be notified of this by PMO and your prior consent will be requested before it is obtained and used for these purposes.
We inform you that PMO may incorporate information from your page into your computer equipment («Cookies») when you access our page. When you access our website, we may automatically (i.e., without completing a registration process) record general non-personal information (e.g., the type of browser and operating system you use, the date and time of your visit, the name of the web domain from which you access our website, the number of visits, the average time spent on the page, and the pages visited).

You shall have the right, either directly or through a legal representative, to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the Processing of your personal data and revoke your consent to the Processing of your personal data, in accordance with the terms and subject to the exceptions established in the Law and any other applicable legal provision, and without the exercise of your rights or the revocation of your consent having retroactive effect. If you wish to exercise any of the aforementioned rights or revoke your consent, you must send the Request for Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition of Data and Revocation of Consent form, which will be provided to you by PMO upon request sent to the email address contacto@perezmenayorozco.com. You must indicate or attach, as appropriate, the information or documentation indicated in said form, which also describes the procedure for resolving your request.
This Notice may be modified at the discretion of PMO in accordance with applicable regulations. Any modification to it will be communicated by the responsible party through the publication of the new Privacy Notice on our website.
This Notice is subject to the applicable legislation in the Mexican Republic.
